IT Business Development Executives (Corporate / Enterprise/ Government/ Education)
Job Responsibilities
  • To promote and sell a suite of PCs/Tablets, Printers, Cloud, Data Centre and Systems Integration services to new and existing customers to achieve assigned sales target
  • To implement sales and account management plan to develop new customers, manage and grow existing business
  • To prepare sales proposal and presentation and address sales enquiries with competitive offerings in a timely and professional manner
  • To improve customer satisfaction and ensure service excellence
  • To negotiate with customers on price/terms and conclude sales orders
  • To generate periodic sales/project pipelines and sales report
  • To collaborate with internal departments to align business objectives and customer needs
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or University degree in ICT, Engineering or Business with IT background
  • Highly motivated and sales driven with a problem solving capability and the ability to work independently and also within a team environment
  • Proactive communication skills with a desire to take ownership and drive sales
  • Ensures integrity, reliability and professionalism at work and in prospecting and meeting with clients

IT Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
  • In-charge of managing and handling the implementation of successful system integration projects
  • Responsible for the on-time and within budget delivery of the projects.
  • Implement & ensure proper project management disciplines, structure and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritisation and delivery of the project.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure proper scope management.
  • Communicating project development and technical activities updates to sales team and customers.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the technical team, partners, subcontractors and customers with regards to the implementation of the project.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree / Diploma in lT or other related fields
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT or related field
  • CITPM or PMP certified
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise-level IT projects
  • Experience in managing cloud-based project will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 4 years of implementation and post-sale support experience
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
I.T Technician
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform daily onsite repair services on Notebooks, Printers and IT related products
  • Attending to call in enquiries for all IT products and services distributed by the company
  • Schedule and fix onsite appointment with customers
  • Promptly and accurately update service record into database
  • Setup & commissioning of printers / copiers at customer site
  • Ensure all customer issues, requests are addressed and resolved in a timely and documented into system
  • Assist in answering to customer enquiry and feedback
  • Ensure quality of service is observed and follow up closely on the job progress until case is completed
  • Perform rework on products and projects management when required
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum GCE “N”/‘O’ level, ITE or Diploma in Computer related field
  • 3 years System Administration Experience (Windows & Linux) or 3 years of working experience in post-sales support
  • CITPM or PMP certified
  • No working experience is required
  • Owns motorbike with a valid Class 2B license
  • Good communicator (verbal & written) with a natural aptitude for dealing with people and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good self-awareness. Actively seeks out tasks that help develop skills and knowledge
  • Actively encourage strong working relationships with other team
  • Ability to work on own initiative & “Can Do” attitude
Cloud Architect
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, testing and implementation of Cloud based system architectures for Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Computing and various deployment methodologies
  • Ability to engage with Sales and customer and drive engagement from technical standpoint
  • Develop architecture to satisfy customer requirements and ensure system stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability
  • Experience in migrating enterprise application(s) to the Cloud
  • Have built, designed and architected applications for the Cloud
  • Evaluate and recommend technology or solution based on technical capabilities, functionalities, costs vs benefits and risks criteria
  • Define, document and communicate project progress to client stakeholders and project teams
  • Provide support for infrastructure framework by responding to escalated issues, troubleshooting errors and developing technical solutions
  • Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 years’ experience in a 24×7 high-availability production environment
  • 3 years System Administration Experience (Windows & Linux) or 3 years of working experience in post-sales support
  • CITPM or PMP certified
  • Certified AWS Architect (Associate level)
  • In depth understanding of TCP/IP LAN/WAN technologies
  • Good knowledge of scripting languages such as PHP, Python or Java preferred
  • Experience with software based firewalls, load balancers and proxy servers
  • Experience with monitoring, metrics collection and reporting using open source tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and enjoy working in a team
  • Customer service oriented
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
