Cloud Architect
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, testing and implementation of Cloud based architectures for Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
  • To setup, manage and maintain servers within Cloud infrastructure
  • Configure and maintain software components such as OS, web servers, etc.
  • Provide consultancy & support to the sales team
  • Develop architecture to satisfy customer requirements and ensure system stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability
  • Evaluate and recommend technology or solution based on technical capabilities, functionalities, costs vs benefits and risks criteria
  • Define, document and communicate project progress to client stakeholders and project teams
  • Provide support for infrastructure framework by responding to escalated issues, troubleshooting errors and developing technical solutions
  • Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in IT industry with Java development background. Having worked on architectural design, optimizations and performance tuning. Having good understanding of micro services architecture, deployment design, networking architecture. Exposure to cloud is an added advantage
  • Strong Java development background with frontend and backend web applications
  • Excellent understanding of typical multi-tier architectures: web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS), caching, application servers, & load balancers
  • RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server), NoSQL
  • Having experience to work on large scale web application
  • Familiarity with loose coupling and stateless systems
  • Understanding of different consistency models in distributed systems
  • Experience with CDN and performance concepts
  • Network experience with route tables, access control lists, firewalls, NAT, HTTP, DNS, IP & OSI Network
  • Knowledge of RESTful Web Services, XML, JSON
  • Strong understanding Jquery, JavaScripts, HTML, CSS
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Work experience with information and application security including public key encryption, SSH, access credentials, & X.509 certificates

Systems Engineer
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, test, implement, troubleshoot and support enterprise level I.T. infrastructure involving virtualization, storage, network and hyper-converged infrastructure
  • Provide post-sales professional services and support to enterprise customers
  • Provide pre-sale consultancy & support to the sale team
  • Provide Local & Wide Area Network, Firewalls, Internet, NMS (Network Management System) systems support/trouble shooting at all levels
  • Design, testing and implementation of network and security systems. This can includes network switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, wireless solutions, security solutions, etc from vendors like Cisco, HP, Check Point, Radware, Fortinet, etc which the company represents and supports
  • Provide pro-active and in-depth infrastructure system consultation and services with key focus on integrating the Servers/Application/Networking and Security
  • Perform user acceptance tests for network/ system upgrade projects

Job Responsibilities
  • On-site repair for Notebooks, Personal Computers, Printers and IT related products
  • Support end user onsite and remotely to resolve IT related issues
  • Assist in Setup of new PCs and Installation of Standard Office Application
  • Troubleshooting of Problems Encountered by End Users
  • Provides level 1 support for IT needs
  • Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customers’ requirements
  • Update service record into database promptly and accurately
  • Perform Asset Tagging
  • Perform rework on products and deployment when required
  • Assist in answering to customer enquiry and feedback
  • To conduct all field service activities within the boundaries of health and safety policies. Risk control elements covering all relevant aspects of the field service role must be adhered to at all times

  • Account Planning & Management
  • Service existing accounts and prospect for new customers via cold calls, face-to-face meetings, conferences, marketing and business networking events
  • Understand & identify customers’ needs through in-depth account planning and profiling on customers’ requirements
  • Work closely with business channel partners, distributors and technical team to deliver technical solutions
  • Ensure orders are properly delivered, received and invoiced
